We source opportunities for adding value by asset management, re-allocation of resources, seeking development approvals, re-organisation of management structures and re-financing.
We look for individual properties, portfolios, corporate vehicles with property assets and estates. Typical lot sizes are in the financial range £1m to £100m.
Edinmore is involved in several joint venture arrangements with like-minded organisations, which enables us to look for bigger lot sizes, spread the risk and share our skills and expertise.
We purchase suitable properties on the open market but also welcome private negotiations when confidentiality and sensitivities are respected.
Edinmore Strategic is another area of our business which involves joint venture agreements with landowners who have land with development potential where we use our resources and skills to achieve planning consents.
